“You Should’ve Known” marks Hopsin’s first 2019 song as he brings his friend Dax for a feature. On January 7th, Hopsin posted a picture on instagram saying that: "There will be more fire dropping this month, don’t worry! I got you 🙏😈" Then, on January 26th, Hopsin posted a video telling his fans that he’s dropping a new video with Dax in two days. The whole music video is a direct reference to the 2018 Netflix movie Bird Box. This marks their second collaboration, first being Dax’s 2018 “YourWorthIt.org.”
