The Sonics are a garage rock band formed 1960 in Tacoma, Washington, United States, the band's original members were Gerry Roslie (vocals, piano, organ), Larry Parypa (guitar), Andy Parypa (bass), Rob Lind (saxophone) and Bob Bennett (drums).
