An Horse Bring Australian Indie Pop to the Last.fm Studio

Australian duo An Horse, made up of guitarist/ lead vocalist/ songwriter Kate Cooper and drummer/ vocalist Damon Cox stopped by our studio to play songs off their new album Walls. They were in the city to also shoot a video for their song “Not Mine.” They met up while working at Skinny’s, a record shop in Brisbane, Australia. The two of them would talk about music constantly and it got to the point where their boss split them up for a few months.

As Kate and Damon put it, they felt like a naughty students. About a year after working together, they started rehearsing together in the store, after-hours, using the in-store PA. Find out more about this indie-rock duo by checking out our interview with them, and see them perform four songs.
