I think his music actually makes him overrated. He hasn't necessarily released a great project in his career I don't think, and he's been dropping poor music as of late. People were talking about him as the next big thing back in 2012, but he hasn't really progressed that way, in terms of music and in terms of popularity.

mmmm interesting, I can see where you are coming from and I kinda agree. Rocky had/has SO MUCH potential, but he hasn't fully reached that. Hope ALL SMILES is amazing, but ALLA is one the best (rap) album of last decade.

Rocky is going down with some of the greatest's from New York... Jay-Z, Nas, Wu-Tang.. this is very hard to achieve yet he's on that path.
