The Pied Piper here is a metaphor to describe the relationship between BTS and their fans (ARMY). In the story, the Pied Piper uses his flute to play music that lures rats away, but later ends up luring the children of the village away. BTS use this as a metaphor to describe them and to show the fans they should be more self-aware about how much they indulge in BTS – it’s fine if they’re luring the rats (negative or bad thoughts / things in your life) away but when it becomes too much, they begin to lure you (the children) away from your responsibilities, and you should take a step back and know when to stop.
